    I believe the solution was mentioned in the first post. Do not tell whether the group you got was in progress or not until you accept or withdraw. If you get one then great, but if you don't then no big deal, your run lasts 15 minutes longer and you didn't hold up the whole system.

    Its still happening even now and its February.

    Even if you get into one now they are troll tanks who didn't get the right boss pop by pulling aoe mobs into the party so they can get vote kicked.

    Since this seems to only be an issue in CT, they could just randomize the kill order for each path. Make it a crap shoot on which one you join on. They'd have to suck it up or eat the penalty if its not the boss they want.

    Funny thing is, those fishing probably waste more time trying to get in progress than it would take to just join at the start and run to the boss they want.

    the solution is after 3 withdraw like this, the person must get a lockout of 30 minute like what he get when he leave a party. it's more an harassing for the player waiting.

    and i'm sure some people troll by using this...

    The solution is much simpler just give them what they want, make an in progress only option problem solved.

    +1 On everything you said... it happens all the time when I'm trying to run CT and it's beyond annoying. It's a problem and a simple fix like this would make queueing so much better.
