You mean players. The real issue is what happens in between you (player) and the datacenter - It's been confirmed a long time now the problem as of late has been certain hosts such as Sky, Level3.net and Tata. SE already adjusted the PR from 0.3 to 0.1 which means any ping 150 or higher won't really suffer any issues, unless of course you go through level3.net or such to reach the datacenters.

This has absolutely zero to do with Latency. That's just the knockback design of this game because when people get knocked back in FFXI for example they'll "stutter" if they're about to go over an edge or something on someone else's client.

    OR ISP problem.
Except it is a known ISP problem. Hence why people are blowing up trying to get Tata/Level3 and Sky to fix their problems. Some JP players have issues too but we already know the main problems is what happens in between.

Except people from Southern California have stated they have unplayable lag, I'm pretty DAMN SURE that's in United States of America, which is closer to the NA/EU Datacenter than SEA. Know the culprit for that? Tata communications - the ISP/route in between them and the datacenters, Not Square Enix.

    Or am I wrong?
