No, no it really isn't. You're under half that, or at least you were the time I parsed you on Titan HM.
Nobody is parsing over 400 DPS on Titan HM. In an optimal scenario, with perfect gear, a bard singing foes with battle voice at all the right times, using all your cooldowns and HQ Mega INT potion, you might be able to hit in the mid-high 300s, but you are absolutely not hitting anywhere near that. I'm unsure where you get your numbers from, but they are completely whack.
At least I make me OP suggestion cost something as an a reduction of my personal DPS your suggestion make you OP with no cost. if you want to bash my Job suggestion thread go create your own Job suggestion thread and make your Job suggestion as overpowered a you want.Boy, if you think that's reasonable..... I have no words for you. Level cap raise doesn't mean you suddenly becoming OP even if all jobs got OP.
I think this is reasonable for monk as well:
_ Greased Lightning 5. That's right, not just 4 but 5.
_ Stacking Dragon Kick debuff for all monks you have in the party so 4 monks would mean 40% blunt resistance debuff.
_ Ability to cast single target LB3 on a 30s CD.
/sarcasm off
That's how OP your suggestion sounds.

if you look seriously at it the first level cap increase might be up to lv60. that means 3 traits, 2 class skills and 2 job skills. knowing SE the first 2 traits might end up being enhanced intelligence IV and enhanced substain, the third will probably boost one of the 2 new skills.
Regarding class skills one should be some kind of defensive/oh shit ability that uses 1 AF (so sch can use it as well). rest is up to SE's imagination. I'm no fan of another summon cause right now we only use one of our egis anyway. so leviathan-egi (or whatever) will either replace garuda or will be as usless as ifrit...
These aren't even constructive suggestions. These ideas are the equivalent of a 5 year old writing a Christmas list and the kid is just doodling all over the page. I'm sorry, but you have no concept of balance and your "adjustments" to your ideas aren't even remotely close to being balanced or making any sense whatsoever.
I do way more than 200 DPS considering I can beat Turn 4 as the only magic DD so either your parser is broken or I was phoning it on Titan HM because the party was sucking. No, no it really isn't. You're under half that, or at least you were the time I parsed you on Titan HM.

Have you ever parsed a single fight, ever? When you toss out stuff like "my pet does 200 to 215 DPS", those of us who have know you have no idea what you're talking about.

DPS = Damage Per Second, NOT Damage Per Global Cooldown
So Ruin at 220 per hit is 220/2.5 (varies with SS) = 88 DPS, Pet at 225 per hit is 225/3 (varies with SS) = 75
400 DPS while being "conservative" is ridiculous even for a SMN, at least on a parser. Might be possible IF a parser was able to detect Shadow Flare and DOT crits (assuming you are even a Crit build and parsing 300+ w/o crit detection), but it's simply not possible as parers only collect data from the combat log. Hell, DOT non-crits don't even show up on the battle log, all DOT damage is estimated.

No. No it doesn't. Even if you had a MNK's GCD, that would mean your ruin casts were doing 440 damage. Going off of your current gear in Lodestone, you have at best a 2.37 second GCD.
220*2.37=521.4
Your ruin casts are not doing 500+ damage.
But please, do go on. . .
