Well like I said I messed up so I understand them wanting rid of me.
So if you're really really terribly bad in a dungeon, you can report if they kick you?
Doesn't that lead to trolling?

I was called noob, "retard who haven't finished coil" and other offensive words on my freshly dinged WHM few days ago.
We were doing AK and I joined after first boss, tank was really rude from start.
He was ilvl 90 or something so I guess he thought everyone started playing this game at launch, and everyone should be like him.
His biggest compalin was that I waste too much time on healing and not doing enough dps. We wiped once on Wall boss, he jumped on me because I "took too much damage" well bees aggroed on me so it wasn't my fault really, but anyway we killed him next try and onward to last boss.
Just before boss room, he said "bye bye retard" and I was kicked.
Well I understand he was a total asshole, but why the dps voted to kick me is beyond me,
I was so pissed I logged out of the game for that evening
Wasn't vote kicked, but kicked from a Titan X party.
Person starts the group with i81 requirement, I think 'Hey I can do this one on my MNK' (Have cleared many times on my MNK in past.)
I am 3rd person in party.
Last person to join is another MNK, I think well, gonna have to see how I compare... Other MNK is full i90.
Twice we don't kill heart before circle bombs, tanks get hit by landslide from egis, other MNK says dps is too low, lists off numbers from his parser.
We leave, I change to my i88 BRD, I say this in party.
Leader passes to other MNK, tells them to kick lowest person on the parser.
I get the boot, they go into PF, I rejoin (at a i87 PF and BRD/BLM/SMN requirement) they instant boot again before I can type.
Oh well, got another group, cleared 4 times.
I've never been kicked from anything (DF/PF included)... but I am pretty outspoken when someone is being openly rude or hostile toward others, so I'm sure it's just a matter of time before I'm kicked from something. >_>;;
I was on my drg alt in Copper Bell reg of all places. The tank was only agroing the mobs by standing in the middle of the pack and hitting each one. I said to him hey you can do this (insert tanking tip here, cant remember what I said) and it will help. The tank just goes off on me, saying I have a ilvl 83 sch dont tell me how to do my job when you cant do yours. I shot back with what does ilvl that have to do with your tank? Then he told me since I was a noob (drg was my only job, this is my alt after all) that I had no idea what I was doing, to shut up or get out. Next thing I know I was vote kicked out. What really pissed me off about it was that Copper Bell was for my story and I had to reque. Sadly I never got to tell that arrogant asshat that my whm out geared him by far, petty I know, but I would have felt better.
The generally accepted strategy for that fight is to have each tank take turns pulling the adds as they spawn, so that the group of ranged dps in the back and focus target on one while the other is held by a tank. If you were making the guy tank all of the adds, not keeping hate on anything, and trying to dps, I can see why you were kicked. Not at all, I got booted from CT because the MT who far surpassed me in gear was having trouble tanking Atomos adds. He said "YOU NEED 2 TANKS FOR THIS NOOB and initiated a vote kick. It went through. I think people just say accept just to get it out of their way sometimes haha. So for your case, im sure people were just thinking you were trolling and are tired of it. What has this world come too if there are that many toxic people in this world haha.
Edit: Not that this justifies kicking you. I would have just told you what I wrote above. If you ignored instructions, then it would look like trolling, and would then be a pretty good grounds for kick.

As of date, I've only been vote kicked out once. This was for Haukke Manor (Hard)
The two other players were upset at the tank's performance at the final boss. I was in the middle of trying to explain the fight further for the tank when they were trying to vote kick the tank. I voted no to kicking the tank. So, instead they've started a vote to kick me afterwards.
Reading all the reasons for kicks.
There really are some special kind of snowflakes out there in df and pf eh?
I once got kicked out of a Ultima HM learning group, because (that's the kicker) it is no learning group.
I really love it when people nag at someone with a lower iLvL they have, up to insulting and votekicking, while those gloryfull ilvl90 dbags do everything wrong you can do wrong =.=
Never been kicked, only kicked two players before (other than afk, or DC people). Oddly enough, they were both healers who thought dpsing was more important than keeping the tank alive.
How poorly geared must you be to not be able to tank the Atamos adds by yourself...It's a waste to switch tanks.
Unless your crawling in there with the utterly minimal item level one tank should be perfectly fine holding all the adds while the other tank focuses on ending the fight quicker. It must be because I'm on a Japanese server but sometimes NA strategies are hillariously complex when they don't need to be.
