That's equivalent to saying in the 40s if no black people ever brought up that they were discriminated against there wouldn't be any social problems.

The reason people keep bringing up lgbtq issues on forums is because they often feel like people are treating their choices as "wrong"
They aren't telling people "you better become lgbtq or else"
They are just saying "hey, lets meet up and hang out"
And that's apparently a huge deal and a terrible thing to do.

If you don't like it, don't show up and don't post in the threads
If you like it be supportive

But why turn something so simple into a huge argument just because people don't share your beliefs?
