Hey guys, i´m searching for some answers about BLM rotation. I know its already said on first sites, but the posts are pretty old and im wondering about some things. I mean is pretty clear that we all have the same (maybe 1-2 changes) rotations.

(dont ask for AOE rotations)

T3-F3->F1 till 400/500 mana ->B3->repeat ....

i heard about some other rotations where ppl just use F1 to ~1000 mana and start rotation again or a other idea was about a 3x F1 rotation.

What you guys prefer? What you do to max your dps?

My personal rotation is F3 - F1 - until 700 mana. If under 700 cast B3, if over 700 cast another F1 then cast B3 - T2 - F3 repeat.

Hit your proc a as they come up. T3 for TC procs, If you miss a F3 proc when your in umbral you will need to use a scathe after T2 to get your full mana back.

You can open with a T2 but might cut your fires by 1, which would be a loss in dd if that happened.

700 mana cut off allows a blizzard 3 and a thunder 2 to be cast without down time.

Sigh I'm really debating race switch from Elezen Duskwight to Elezen Wildwood.

I lose one INT, then I have to give up one more for 251 Piety. I don't know if this is worth it or not for me. I'm doing fine and always did good without the 251 Piety but...greed . 2 INT for 251 Piety with 315~ ping, convince me!

If you're going to use your Fantasia you might as well go Dunesfolk.
Swapping from one suboptimal race to another is incredibly silly.

I went from a plains folk to dunesfolk, and I never regretted it.

I was originally a mithra. I don't regret changing to dunesfolk. Always have the 251 PIE and my rotation works out so much better as Pin mentioned in his/her post.

Little new to Blm, wanted to ask if what I use is about right, or if it needs some tweaks, ooooo what's a good aoe rotation? I seem to mess that up some times.

In my rotation your only going to add the scathe into the rotation when you accidentally have a F3 proc still when you cast your B3. If you do your procs correctly you won't use scathe unless the mob is almost dead - then you omit T2 and use Scathe twice...or you need to move.

Opening with a blizz3 may not be optimal. Remember your quelling strikes.

AOE - F3-F2- flare- transpose- repeat as soon as you have mana. Your not waiting for full mana. On your opening you can F2 until you have just enough for a flare if you want.
