Makes me wonder if we might see more than 1 boss in the next segment? I mean they can't make CT THAT long can they?

I'm also curious then, if only LotA will be i80 since the 2nd part will be coming in 2.3 and onward. I must get more difficult the closer we get to the Spire. Also, Xande being in there is a little odd given that he was an actual plot-based character and not just some random monster like all the others (even Cloud of Darkness was somewhat random. Xande was the main villain, and then she just shows up after you kill him outta nowhere and it's just "lolwut?" which explains Necron in FF9)

Xande is going to be in there. They just changed his name a bit, and gave him a different set of lore that let's him fit into the world (he's an Aellgean Emperor) so it isn't Xande from III, he's a totally different dude that looks like him and sounds like him, but totally isn't him (except it totally is him, as to push that big shiny nostalgia button). Now whether he's the final boss or something else is (like Cloud of Darkness) remains to be seen.

Each character may appear like their FF3 counterpart but they are not.

They have been given new lore to fit into FF14 such as how CT is a Allagn Solar Powerplant designed to gather solar energy for something unknown.

Xande lore in FF14 is different from his FF3 counterpart being that Xande is a Ancient Allagan Emperor in FF14 and the other FF3 boss characters like Scylla, Archeron, Glasya Labolas and Amon are ancient Allagan Heroes.

Well.. in my opinion they certainly could make CT very long. I mean... ffs, look how huge of a tower it is. We're going to go all the way to the top and we haven't even stepped inside the first floor yet.

Also, yeah I think some of those bosses very easily could be on the same floor. Bosses like Ahriman, Cerberus and any monster type bosses just scream side boss to me and I would expect to see them in the same manner we saw King Behemoth.

Them Allagan's were giants apparently then. o_o ....which subsequently explains why the Labyrinth is so damned spacious. Ceilings for days....

It could just be the allagan tech used on them to keep them alive all these years. It is explained in current CT story that they are kept alive and augmented to their current powers because of the large amount of Allagan tech used on them. They're basically just Super Cyborgs in FF14.

As for CT Raid size it can be because of what CT is protecting. They do have a lot of defense to protect whatever secrets is on top of Crystal Tower.
