    They are virtually the same, it's up to you if you want slightly more healing potency (Rose Gold) or a bit more Crit (Vanya) without having to meld for those stats.

    I always recommend that people get the Rose Gold Circlet if they have any plans on playing both a Healer and a Caster. If you have a BLM or SMN that could use an i70 head piece you can cover 2 roles with the Rose Gold.

    Otherwise I would just go with the one you like better visually.

    wait, i'm confused; don't both give +12 vit at HQ? and assuming that you meld and max out det/crit (11/16, respectively), wouldn't the two pieces give the same amount of healing?

    I wasn't sure about the meld caps but if Det/Crit caps out at the same amount on both then yes you would be correct. Also the HP was a typo, I meant to say Crit.
