Though story-wise, they seem to be for Personal housing, and they do look the part.Small House needs a 2nd Floor.
And Raise the Furniture Limit. inside & Out.
These house are supposed to be for FC's. Its insane that (A. They cost so damn much & B. How stupidly small a small house is)
Its a room... a single tiny room for an entire free company?
Should of Made it just Medium and Large for FC's (prices lowered accordingly) And small should be personal housing.
I want a boiling kettle on a stove, bread loaves, and a tea set (all items sold separately)!
I want two things: I want a house moogle... LOVED mine from XI!! (bringing back in-house gardening would be sweet (maybe as a new DoH class)), and also I think a Chocobo Corral outside the house, maybe just in the large and med plots due to size, could be really cool. Your chocobo could spawn in the corral anytime you entered the zone (since u can't ride it in there anyways). The different FC members' chocobos could roam around, sleep, kweh!, maybe have some basic interaction...purely vanity. But pretty cool i think.
EDIT: The chocobos shold also have basic AI so they maybe come over and look at any who walks up to them. kinda like how npc's do...

I would also like to see some of the above as well. I found it really annoying to not be able to put wall decor on placed partions/walls. And yes! Doors or door curtains or something!! If not a door then maybe something to place above the doorway like a partion that would square off the doorway.A few Major requests I've heard in my free company:
- Please increase the item limit from 200 to something more realistic, the house is very empty because we can't place more items. Same counts for the outside part (40)
- Please allow us to change stuff like the look of the stairs (inside and outside)
- Please allow us to hang stuff like paintings and other wall-hanging stuff on partitions.
- Please implement doors that we can place inside the house.
It would be really awesome if upon your logout at your FC house you could select if you'd like to turn your character into an NPC that would roam around the ward where your FC has its house (at the expense of only getting half your rested EXP). That way some players would prefer full rested EXP and others prefer to leave their characters as NPCs.
And if you click on it, the toon would reply with a predefined message you set, like "Hey there! Good to see you! I'll be back at 6:00 PM".
It would add up to the sense of realism and sense of community in the housing area.

How about a NPC Butler/Maid and access to their pathing and scripting editor?
Happy Friday, everyone!
I just wanted to stop in and let you all know that the development team is currently looking into making and implementing seasonal event-related furnishings for your homes. Stay tuned to see if you will be able to fill your houses with hearts and snowmen!
(*Please note actual snowmen may melt depending on the climate of your housing area requiring you to mop your home.)![]()
Devin "Camate" Casadey - Community Team
Hi Camate,Greetings,
As we mentioned previously, we are still on track to add a repair NPC that you can hire and place in your house in patch 2.2.
The team is also looking into NPCs that will supply tools as well as ingredients. These NPCs can be placed around your house however you like in the same fashion that you arrange your furnishings.
Are you able to inform us if these NPCs will be customizable?
Well... "Common" sense isn't all that common anymore, now is it?
Can we also create our own Christmas trees? Say we get seeds from harvesting and our house has a garden in the plot of land, we could grow it, chop it down, and add stuff to it?![]()
