So once you reach 50, and all the lvl 50 dungeons open up, you can access each one, which I guess is what you don't like. Have to remember though that people 'progressing' through the dungeons will like to complete them one after another. Not farm one repeatedly until they get the gear they want, then onto the next one. And as we know RNG, sometimes, people don't get ANY drops. So what you're suggesting will make fresh lvl 50s have to farm one dungeon repeatedly that they probably don't want to, just so they can enter another dungeon that they want to try out? Kinda a bit selfish, don't you think.

And since undergeared players generally leave if they get Pharos Sirius, doing that would actually be doing them a favor since DR won't throw them in there.
