Is there a way to turn off my "travel/misc" ps3 hotbar while in in dungeons?

Sorry if this is a silly questions, but with all of the spells and actions for my level 50 white mage, I really want to use 2 hotbars to use them all, but I also have a hotbar that's my travel hotbar (teleport, return, sprint, unicorn, etc....) but I don't want to have to switch between 3 hotbars if I can simply switch between 2 while fighting- I'm simply not fast enough. Can I set something up that "closes" the travel hotbar while I'm in dungeons but is then back on if I'm out of dungeons? I saw something that looked like "when weapon sheathed/unsheathed" but I didn't experiment with it because I was afraid I'd get everyone killed if I screwed it up (a very high probability). Appreciate any input, again sorry if this is a sill question.

You can configure which hotbars "show" depending on whether you have your weapon drawn or not. Try that.

Go into mouse mode and click on the clock.
