    I think there is something of value in letting people make mistakes and learn from them, rather than saddle everyone else with additional baby-proofing.

    Dont you realize there is already somethig to prevent mistakes?
    No matter how many more steps they add, someone will just do that mistake again and will ask for even more steps.

    And on the other side, most ppl get annoyed because they have to confirm an trade like 20 times, because of ppl who are unable to be careful with what they trade in.
