Why give WMs abilities that we're asked NOT to use so much?

its not about not using your abilities, its about using them correctly and knowing when and where they are best used. as scholar i dont have the issues with pulling threat as fairy does its own threat gen, but i know that our whm in titan hm could only use medica II before nerf once without stealing aggro from tank instantly. you are doing a metric crapton of healing threat to 8 players so its gonna build threat quickly.
