Even though we can manually sort party members, once you get out of a dungeon, and queue up again, even with the same party, the sorting will be all over the place, so every time you queue for something you need a moment to manually sort party, which is pretty retarded.
Yes, this! Also infuriating is that I can't move my position on the party list. I like to reorder my party list in t2 so that the Rot rotation is reflected in it (easier to keep track of where it's going as a raid leader), but that's impossible when I'm number 4. :/ So annoying.
Greetings,
The development team realizes there are requests for more specific sorting features for the party list. However, this will take some time for them to work on and to start out they are first prioritizing the aforementioned sort feature.
Unfortunately, due to the way the Duty Finder system works, it’s difficult to preserve the party list order when entering/exiting duties. As a next-best solution the development team is working to implement the sort feature.

@Camate, we want FC/LS Member List Sorting far more.
Sort by Name/Level/Job/Rank... please?!?!
Can we get an option to reverse the way the party list fills, so it goes from bottom to top if we wanted to move it?
looks really weird in a 4man party.
jeesus you are always the first person to reply to any and all dev postings o..o

i don't see how it can be hard to sort them by job seeing as they are listed in the very beginning or by ilvl
Sometimes you just got to have Some fun
This would be fantastic. Also an option to have it align to the right (ie: Status effects to the left, HP/MP on the right). I was pleasantly surprised that the duty list automatically aligns if you move it to the left side, the party list needs something similar.
Great idea!
Can they at least save who your focus target is so you don't have to set it every pull?
