To be blunt, from your conversation that you posted, you sounded like a complete ass. While your frustration at the situation is understandable, immediately attacking a customer service rep and demanding that they fix it or you'll quit isn't the way to solve your problem.

You should have just explained the situation calmly ("My character was rolled back 23 days with no indication that the rollback would be this severe when I requested a rollback for the gil I lost.") If they could not help you and you wished to escalate the matter further, then you should have asked to escalate the issue to someone who may be able to help. You handled this very poorly, and your results reflected that.
