Well in less then 15min get 45% SB or 100%. All your gear if do it right. Yet When people use there spirit binding gear it slows entire run in CT and many dungeons down. Since there thinking why not spirit bind this will not matter, but it does for the time of completion when many are doing it. So time wasted on it could had almost 26 items 100% binded and converted in 30 min and if to many doing the same thing on CT then could of had 42 items spirit binded and converted . When starts taking a hr to do.

I believe the OP is talking about using Beastmen strong holds such as the Sahagin and the other high level areas like the imperial area outside of Wineport.

Also you can get Tier IV materia from ilvl55 gear so you don't really need to use ilvl70.
