    Cooking is easy, just change Food back to how it worked in 1.23 with each category boosting different stats, instead of the same 3~4 in differing values.

    I've been screaming about it since Phase 2 of beta when they changed them all and no one listened or cared it seems. If meats still gave a straight up boost to STR and Attack, rather than VIT + Acc + DET/CRIT you'd probably see them eaten far more often. Same for sweets and INT + Magic Attack etc. etc. 'cause you know, heaven forfend we we get primary stats from food buffs.


    As far as fixing ALC goes, it'd help if the meds were stronger and/or didn't wear off so soon. The stat potions can be quite powerful, but oh yay, 15 seconds... that's enough time for 1, maybe 2 rotations if you got enough skill/spell speed. That was SO worth the cost.

    As for the recipe, it's pretty logical that foods requires atleast 6 crafting materials.

    Regarding the potions, probably push the duration to atleast 30s. That'll be pretty reasonable considering the cooldown of it.

    lol yeah i would like them to make buff potions useful too, but right now alchemist is the best moneymaker. if you haven't figured out why yet, you haven't been paying attention to the marketboards.

    Only because people get bum hurt and start attacking anyone who likes anything other than what ARR offers you. They really do need to bring back 1.23's food system or bring in XI's system, this generic "enhance "off stats"" type of system is fine for a bit but let's be real, a lot of times people use food for the vit boost just to have something used because if your gear is up to snuff, the boost from food won't be THAT noticable, 2 star will be once our cap is raised though.

    Hrm, LineageRazor after a rapid check, it appears that poisons and status cures share the same cooldown and healing (both HP and MP), ward (elemental and status) and attribute (all of them) share another cooldown.

    attribute, wards, and healing should all be on a separate cooldown from eachother, and none of them should be the current 5 min cooldown.
