Take advantage of your oGCD abilities (mostly Spirits Within). Save that for each add phase. As people are saying do Fast Blade > Savage on Titan, save comboed Halone for left add, hit it and instantly run to the other add, with the 2.5GCD you'll be able to do something right as you are arriving at the next add, do a Spirits Within on that right add, then a Flash (should hit second add if you are on back side of the right add), then move to the other side to flash some more.

I'm not sure why people are saying to shield lob, if you tab > Halone the first one, by the time you reach the second you should be in their face where a Flash will be more effective.

On Warrior I save up a comboed BB for left add > Brutal Swing right add + Swinging around front side for Overpower. I literally never lose adds this way. Sometimes the right add will begin their quick jot to the healer because of the delay, but always walks 1-2 yalms before walking back since I actually have the hate. Then just Overpower spam with use of Vengeance.

Again, if you leave during the animation of Halone/BB on left add, it'll still finish and go off and you'll reach the second add before or just as the GCD is ready. Shield lob/tomahawk isn't necessary. Provoke should never be used unless you mess up the steps listed. This happened to me yesterday when I accidentally tabbed back to Titan for the BB, so I HS > Brutal Swing left add, then Provoke > Overpowered the second. I then told MT I wouldn't have voke up in time and he used CD for 3rd stack of MB, worked out fine, but ideally you take before that 3rd stack with provoke.

I personally Fast titan, Savage 1, Halone 2, spam Flash a couple times then cycle onto whichever is taking more hits.

Only couple people here follows the fast-savage, halone combo on adds and i vouch for it!
    Here is my routine...

Titan jumps down - Use Fast blade - Savage (I do it slow, so I have more down time with Halone timer for the adds)
Position yourself to the West add - Use Fight or Flight then release Halone when the West adds pop.
Run to East add - Use Spirits within, fast blade
Right after fast blade, use Scorn (both adds should be almost close together)
Flash, Savage, Flash, Halone on current target (east add)

It only takes 2 flash for me to keep the hate and secured, the fight or flight helps a lot on that part.
My way is to help dps the adds slightly instead of spamming the flash combo until 1/2 mp
Alternatively if you suck and cannot keep hate then just spam flash hehehe
Ofcourse keep in mind that those adds need to die asap so you can run back to Titan and voke it off, therefore help with that deeeeeeepzzzz

With war: At the beginning of the phase use HS->SS on titan, then BB on one add and tomahawk on the other, use Infuriate and Steel Cyclone, then overpower spam, you will NEVER lose aggro.

To avoid landslides I stay close to the mob, and sidestep or run through based on the situation. Usually here I would sidestep so the second one doesn't shoot a landslide at the party accidently.

For LS, I position the mobs not at the edge of the arena but a bit inside of it while moving along the arena edge to dodge LS. This allows LS to be casted in the area where noone should be and avoid having the healers move to dodge it or anyone falling off. As for the add, spam Heavy Swing on Titan till about 1-2 seconds after he comes out of Invulnerability then run West, Skull Sunder the add, run East, Butcher's Block the add, Steel Cyclone, Infuriate and proceed to overpower spam. As you do more run, you'll have the gut feeling for when the adds spawn so your prepared Skull Sunder doesn't go away.

You can also Tempered Will and not have to move at all. WAR could Holmgang but you'd probably end up getting yourself killed/heavy'd lmao

Holmgang will likely get you killed. It does not prevent the KB from LS.
