It's due for release on the 26th March and it is $50 or £31 depending which side of the Atlantic you are on. Can't remember what the price is on the EU website and I am unsure of what the cost is for those in Australia, but you can still order it from any of the stores and it will tell you the postage cost regardless.
Actually, the new OST features a totally different minion to the one included with Before Meteor (BM features a Wind-Up Dalamud which shows what it looked like before the Calamity - the minion included with the new OST however is a Wind-up Bahamut, showing the big lizard bursting out of Dalamud). So yeah, two totally different minions (the OP is actually asking about the Wind-Up Dalamud).
