Before people want to start writing the whole "boo elitists!" thing again I'll make it very simple yet obvious.

If you're not willing to seriously commit to high level endgame do not apply to this company!
This is a company for people with a lot of playtime that want to commit themselves to high level play.
These folks put a lot of time in figuring out mechanics and making strategies to defeat content and ask that every member commits themselves to do the same and wherever possible share this information.
