New MNK evasive ability please. Like BRD/DRG evasion jumps.

Can MNKs get a evasive ability like BRD and DRG? BRD gets Repelling Shot and DRG get Elusive Jump. MNKs don't get anything, I think a Backflip or some kind of upward Backflip Kick could work. It could be a non-damage ability like DRG or a low potency ability like BRD.

The dragoon one you're talking about isn't exactly an evasion/avoid damage thing. Try using it in CT when there's crap on the floor, you still take damage until you land on the save zone(which takes a long time). You'll probably end up dying if you try using this in something like titan/ifrit extreme.

I play DRG and BRD and I use them both and I really don't have issues when I use them. Just thought it would something nice for MNK to have. Dragon Kick can kinda get you out of an AoE, but It would be nice to have a real skill.

Those abilities are mostly for the aggro drop.
