You can survive this by leaving a person at low health after the third allure, but you need to kill her very quickly after that point as she'll just keep eating someone each allure. As a side note, I had a group where she ate 3 people before I was completely drained and unable to res or heal anymore, the blood rain will do about 1.5-2.5k if you leave someone low.
She can actually use that before the third one, if the dps is too low. Seen it happen myself.
