Ties that Bind III achievment should reward you with an allagan weapon of your choice

The whole point of tying this to an achievement is a "one and your done kind of deal." I've killed her more than 10 times, no I do not want hand outs, and to those that may take to time to count that, that amount of clears put my group in the first 5-10 groups to clear it. Shes a grind at this point.

Furthermore, the gear will be trash in s short time anyway. in 2.2 it wont be worthwhile, it's how this awful gear treadmill works.

OP's idea has nothing to do with difficulty, if you've killed her 10 times then it's obviously already easy. This is about compensating for bad luck with drops and as he's stated it would be a one time offer.

We;ve actually done really well compared to a lot of other groups. We've killed her 9 times now and we've had every weapon except the WHM and BRD ones. Our doubles have been MNK and SMN.

You have an interesting concept of "challenge" if you think waiting for a weapon to drop, which is completely out of your control, has anything to do with "difficulty". The difficult part is beating the boss.. but you wouldn't know that as according to your achievements you have not yet done it.
