Hi There,

First off I would like to start by saying I LOVE the housing system and its many features. Me and my free company recently bought a medium house on hyperion, plot 29 if your interested in taking a look. However I have some issues with some of the housing features. I feel that the 150 item limit is simply too small for our house. I dont like the fact that my ink quill takes up the same amount of space as our ifrit ex trophy. this will become more of a problem as more furniture and more features are released. I dont want to sacrifice some of the small things to get a new feature in. I love the small things its what makes me enjoy FFXIV so much.

My next problem is the partitions. I cant place any wall mounted furniture on these player made walls and it really bothers me. We have created our own rooms but we cant have the room look the way we want it because of our limitations on being able to place furniture on these walls.

These are my only gripes with the housing system. The UI for placing furniture was done amazingly and I have only those 2 complaints about housing. Well worth the gil spent and I look forward to the new features we will be getting in 2.2.

I wanted to post some more minor issues I have been having with housing...

The outdoor furnishing for the wooden stumps that go around a camp fire.. it is almost impossible to have them so when you sit on them you are facing the fire.. Every time I zone out then back in, it seems to sit me down facing a different direct. These stumps should function similar to the manor stools where depending on where you are facing in regards to the stool it sits you down there..

As for the outdoor furnishings we are unable to place any potted plants on tables or the wagons... It would be nice if we could place certain items on these outdoor furnishings.

I would also like to see the ability to purchase more then 1 home.. we purchased the medium with the intent to buy a small right below it in order to fill out the ward.. there is 0 incentive for any free company to buy a small as their only home.. they are pitifully small and these plots will remain empty no matter how cheap they get. I feel there should at the very least be a 2 house limit.

Just a note: SE just doubled the size by announcing the addition of a basement floor to small houses ( in/after patch 2.2, March timeframe), and already announced a pricing drop of 50%. (That would put the current wards' prices at around 2.5 million gil in late Feb, even on Hyperion.)
