Look at the Skills Garuda Does before the wicked wheel. Here Let me make a small chart for you so that you can fill in the blanks :

1) ? <-- This is the skill that tells you a wicked wheel is coming
2) ? <-- This is the skill that you move out of range when you see it.
3) This is the Wicked wheel that you will dodge if you can fill in 1 and 2.

Now - go do your research and figure it out.

As a Monk - the only time I lose my stacks is when we kill the spiny. At that point it doesn't matter. This is doing the Kill Surprana only strat as well where the melee are standing right on top of Garuda and Surprana.
