You should wear it like a badge of pride; in fact, keep losing, and become the single worst PVPer in history.

They should sort of reset the pvp rankings and history in my opinion. Make it work in either seasons or like the ladders, just wipe out everything and have them restart. To give a fair cahnce to new players, plus a refreshing start for old ones. The fun on raising on the scale and what not. And the chance to clear bad history.

It's not about being a bad loser or not, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like that neither. Plus the problem is not them losing but others stereotyping. There were a lot of bots going around and still are I'm sure. Would you like your ranking to be messed up too because you got grouped with a bot? Or those that had unfair wins vs crippled groups (by a bot).

Honestly if it's just random there's little to no point of keeping track of win/loses, as it's pretty random. You can't control who you get grouped with. They can be great and carry you to a win or help you rightfully get your win, or hinder you and brand you with a loss.

Win/lose ratio should be left for ranked matches. Heck, they don't even let people parse because others get their feelings hurt if they are told how bad they are performing. Soooo.... Win/loss ratio has got to go, or get reset every now and then.

I tried the pvp in this game because I love pvp, it sucked, I have 1 lost no wins. Am I here crying because I lost? No. No one can see your win/lose score. The fact that you guys are like "It should keep track because we can't decide who get paired with" is beyond stupid. Even if you go in with a pre made the other team could still wipe the floor with you.

You guys are just sore losers face it.

Basically the same thing here, though I gave it I think five or six matches to give it ample opportunity to win me over. It didn't.

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure I remember that my teams only won once or twice out of those five or six matches. So my W/L ratio is in the crapper, and will remain that way forever, or until SE makes enough changes for me to enjoy FFXIV's PvP. Doubtful, but one can dream, right?


Know how I deal with the agony of knowing my W/L record is permanently scarred and will reek of failure probably forever? I don't. It's not even something important enough to actually register in my brain as a thing worth caring about, and thus dealing with. It is simply a thing that is.

Fix your priorities, OP. This is not a thing that should be of any concern to you at all, never mind a concern great enough to start this thread over.

Seriously there are more important things to worry about. Just unbind your pvp hotkey if there is one and never open it. PROBLEM SOLVED!
