Yeah I agree, I suggested that they remove the option and instead add if you are afk and not moving inside the dungeon you get auto kicked like 1 minute 30 seconds.

This way nobody has that kind of power, SE trusted them with the power they abused it and now they need to take it away and do what I said, I remember this was supposed to be for afk or people who passed out in the dungeon but now its much more of a problem than that.

Since a lot of people are using parsers in the game which I don't even like or some elite players are downing someone, plus I noticed so many people getting kicked and posting about it, this should be a problem.

Ok, but what if f.e. someone said he must go afk for a while (i don't know - f.e. hers/his child is crying) and she/he will be afk longer than 1 minute 30 seconds? In your system they would also get the auto kick. And why would that happened if the other players said it's ok for the one to be afk for a while...?

Its far better than getting kicked by someone who thinks they are the boss of the dungeon. Also my answer to your question, how often do you see that happen? cause I haven't since I have been playing, I have seen more kicking than I have seen baby's crying and sorry but the kick option is very abusive and im not saying my time is right it could be at SE's limit cause sorry its out of hand.

How often do i see that? Quite often. There are various reasons for going afk that can last longer than 1min30s.

But on the basis of your suggestion I've got a little bit different one:

After that magic 1min30s (or 2min - for a round number) there should be an automatic votekick, not auto kick. So if someone said she/he must go afk and the other ppl said it's okay, then they would just click "decline" on the votekick...

For the record I have never been kicked from a dungeon. Although I completely understand it does happen, and not always fairly.
However, I have had to go afk for 5 minutes or more in dungeons on a number of occasions. One time my mother was going out of town and had to stop by sooner than anticipated. Another time I got an important phone call for a job. My companion animals often need attention during my dungeons, such as let in/outside. I've also had to tend to food quickly while in a dungeon due to my significant other being occupied with an important call. People's lives don't just stop because they are playing a game that may require their near full attention. Nor should the rest of the team be expected to wait and accommodate a player with a busy life. Of course people should put the appropriate amount of time aside in order to run a dungeon. But on the same note, why not give patient and understanding players the choice to allow people the time they may need during a dungeon?

Well how about letting player set the time for being afk 5-10 minutes being the max if they don't make it back in that time it kicks them in 20/20 seconds which gives them a chance to save themselves.

I think having a person have no actions (because they could just autofollow if they were afk), for 2 minutes, makes the eligible for vote dismiss. Now, if this person said beforehand "Hey, i gotta goto the bathroom" and the people in his group like him, they they do not need to kick him, they just have the option to at 2 minutes afk. However, the vote kick system right now is really bad with players using it for basically anything, and as far as I can see, it only needs 1 additional vote in a 4 man to pass (original starter, and 1 other person), which seems like it is 50%, which is not a majority!
