1.18 patch Attack Speed Slower?

i dont think we are getting auto attack in 1.18

some people need to re-read what was written about that video

it is an early "test" version of how their work is going on auto attack, in other words...its NOT complete, we arent looking at the finished product

If not...what does this mean:

Auto-attack functionality will be prioritized in 1.18.
