PC only and consoles do exist in China but it wasn't until recently is it allowed to actually have sanctioned production of game systems there - Basically lifting the 20ish year ban on them.

Consoles are legal in China, however the game distribution often works in completely different ways than they do here, so most games are not licensed there. That said, there has always been a huge import market especially for handheld consoles.

I'm sure many of us do, for various reasons.

Also, since they're making a Chinese client anyway, can we please get a charset for simplified Chinese added already? It's been bothering me forever that they can't add a proper charset in this year and age. Most traditional characters, even those that have been simplified in Japanese, seem to work just fine.
