Asking for a Fantasia potion from GM - How long did you wait?

I'd like to know because I've waited almost a half day. In other games, race change usually takes max 1 hour. But this is item restoration, and I have no clue how long that takes. Lots of developers say to wait longer than expected, so I'm asking people with experience.

How long did it take you to restore your Fantasia potion?

i made a petetion on the 14th, my last response was from a GM on the 17th saying they were checking the logs to verify that i had actually used my potion. still waiting for my replacement

I'm confused. Why would GMs give out more fantasias, especially considering it's planned to be a paid service in the future?

And if you did throw it away or screw it up somehow, why would you waste your one time item item restore on a cosmetic that will be obtainable again? Don't you think you should save that for accidentally throwing away something more important?

Although I didn't do this for a Fantasia I still did it using my one time item restoration. I changed an unwanted piece of myth gear to something else and got that exchange. It took a month and a few days. This was just my experience with the item restoration, however I'm not sure if they make Fantasia a higher priority.

Took my friend about a month to get his restored. Doesn't seem like SE places a high priority on item restoration.

Friend had to use his one-time restore over something that was a glitch in the game (stupid for him to use it but w/e).

Took him about a month.
