Grats. My team has gotten to twister but for some reason people are dying to twister while running into position. Not sure what is wrong right now.

Before you start the fight divide yourselves into 2 teams for the twisters phase.

SCH, Bard and MT & OT goes to the left side from where you start the fight, the rest goes to the right with enough space in between each others so the first twister don't get blown up by being too close to each others. You can't have people randomly go where they want, it is much easier for each person to have a dedicated space to dodge twisters and be far enough from Dreadknight spawn.

That's the thing, we already have set positions. But after watching our stream, our healers didn't cross paths and were already running while twister was activated. Yet they still got hit by the twister. No idea what is going on right now, because I thought running in a straight line is already ok.

Yep it is, but if it is not working then you should change the dance to form J or G. If you do have it recorded note when the healers are moving in relation to the Twister cast.

Nearing 4 months of doing coil. I know people who started leveling their BLM about a month ago who have BiS compared to me without anything.

Last night was another disappointing no scepter, no pants, and no Allagan body night. Only member in my static without an Allagan weapon. :\ Most of the people in my static are gearing secondary jobs because they're done.

So depressing logging in week after week only to get striking accessories or PLD swords. My SCH got her Allagan book before my main even.

BTW, I geared for SS to test it out. Pretty bad, honestly. I agree with Amon: crit is the most important. Right now I sit around 500-510 crit and spell speed with really low det.

Funny thing is the body dropped about two weeks ago. I was so excited to see it that I rolled need on it...and then zoned out of the area out of habit before the loot dropped into my inventory. Used to just zoning because I never get loot. I was very sad.

You should of had someone loot it and then open a ticket man. This hasn't happened to me or my group personally, but a friend of mine did the same thing on his monk and had their tank loot it since he didn't zone out yet and open a ticket for him. It took a little while (not sure the exact amount but he got his loot back (not sure the specific item since its been awhile).

This is very depressing, I may have been waiting 4 months for pants and belt but at least I got everything else. I don't know if it would help you and your group but, because we kept receiving MNK & DRG loot to no end, we decided to change stuff around. Have a different raid leader every week, kill bosses at a different time than last week, have someone different open chests every week & change raid nights. Random loot needs a seed number, it may have been one of the things we did (properly not). It did not get me my pants or belt but it may have geared everyone else in my group.

^ This is properly worthless, but it does at least have a 0.1% chance of being true. Best of luck m8, hope you get your gear sooner than later.

I will do one for Coil next week. Did a random Titan Ex run to test it with a full pug. The fight was a chaos, I had to tank one add but we got the job done one shot:

When was your group raid? (date and time)

Not sure anything to do with it, but I usually raid on a Monday/Tuesday night. After all these while of BC, all I get for my main class BRD was hands. It was only until 2 weeks ago I got the boots. Still yet to see the choker from T4 and I feel depressed about chances of seeing my maiming pants and allagan bow in T5.

And yes, DRG/MNK loots are abundant. I have 7 pieces of DRG loots and 2 pieces of MNK loots, and I got them by using Greed (which means it has been dropping like crazy and my group's DRG/MNK doesn't need them anymore).

Not sure about caster loots, seems rare too. But I got lucky with the casting breeches, got it 1 day after I leveled my BLM to 50 lol.

We raid every Monday night at around 5 PM PST (8 EST). :P Our raid time really hasn't changed much the past 3-4 months.

Only one Allagan tunic of casting has ever dropped for us. Three Allagan boots of casting. Zero Allagan breeches of casting. Zero Allagan circlet of casting. Two Allagan bracers of casting. Zero Allagan choker of casting. Zero Allagan scepters.

On the other hand, we've seen abundant jewelry besides the earring. My first night raiding with this group about 3 months ago I managed to get the ring, wrists, and earring all in one night. I guess I just used up my luck for an entire year? lol

Allagan bow has only dropped once for us. I don't remember about the pants of maiming. We haven't seen MNK gloves drop ever.

My friend had similar luck. The problem is he raids on Wednesday night. He and I were searching for the breeches of casting for around 2 months together. He obtained them one day and then the next two weeks they proceeded to drop again for them as well. lol

Right now I bought the AF2 legs but I honestly want to roll on the Allagan caster legs. I kind of promised our SMN that I would stop seeking them after I bought the pants (since I was sure they'd drop immediately after I bought them :P) but we haven't had any luck. I really don't know if I would be able to roll on them in good conscience after telling him this. I promised him...yet he could also just buy AF2 pants since it has been three weeks now since I have done the same. Also, they're BiS for the crit set and technically an upgrade...

What can you do? I hunted Dynamis-Xarc's AF2 SMN horn for 6 years without ever seeing it drop and SMN was my first job to 75 in 11. I guess that's just how I am! >_<
