or it could just be that they do not consider them to be a part of their core
but the way i see it, if you are not having fun playing a game then you are doing it wrong and should start doing it right.
As a leader of several guilds across all the games I've played through out the years, I never have, and never will, condoned such unfair treatment towards anyone in the guild. That is simple abhorring! Please join another FC already! Simply put, you deserve better!

If you are unhappy, leave. If you think the problem can be fixed, have a serious talk (although it seems like you already have).
This is a problem that is (sadly) perpetuated by the fact that you get LOCKED out of turns after you beat them. I knew this would be an issue from day one (before anyone I knew would be running coil), and it is part of the reason I ended up leaving the first FC I was in (cliques formed and excluded others, because there wasn't always *exactly* eight people to go). I would really suggest forming your own group, or looking for a group that needs a static member.

You'd think that with the tiers being INSTANCED COMPLETELY SEPERATE FROM ONE ANOTHER that they would've given them seperate locks, but no.
Hey, SE, 2005 called and they want their raiding structure back. Get with the times guys.
Don't know why it isn't apparent to everyone that 4 and 8 man content results in poor community development.
I don't blame your FC. What would you do if you had a static that could only include 7 other people? When someone doesn't show up, you look for a rep. When all the original members are there, they get priority.
Until 16-24 man content becomes available, there really is no need for Linkshells or Free companies. Just a waste of server space. That includes lolHousing.
"CHECK OUT MY HOUSE Y'ALL!" lawl.
Its clear leave and find another FC its clear they have some kind of problem with you and so over look you for coil but oddly do not care to tell you why.
I would go look for another FC best to look in mor dona for any FC shouting building raid group odds are one will grab you right away since tanks are all ways in demand.
What the OP doesn't seem to realize is that the FC seems to have its own static group and the only reason they ask him to join in when a member of said static group isn't there. If I have a static group and all my members are there I'm not going to bother with random people in my FC trying to get in when all slots are full.
I also think when the OP says "they treat me like trash", he just means they don't invite him to coil every week.
Sidenote: I run coil with PuG's constantly and I've been fine. I'm BLM so the majority of the time there's 3 of us sharing the same loot yet I still have 4 Allagan pieces for my main and only need 1 more for i90. Either find your own static or find a new FC that has a slot open for whatever class you play. Don't expect to get into a static group that's full.
There's also the fact they might just think you aren't good enough compared to the other tanks around... don't just blame the FC and give them a bad name.
Moogle: Black Mage ftw.

Here's a link to a bunch of rotation and DPS numbers I wrote up to try help BLM see they aren't as weak as they might think.

I'd change your FC or start up a Non-FC static.
Our FC runs random-makeup groups amongst all members for T1-T4 (at the start of every week, people say which days they're free, we generally have enough of a spread to make 2-3 groups) and it's become unusual for each group not to oneshot it in a single evening. If we handpicked a single group, we'd probably be able to get through Turn5... but there are a much smaller number of people that are up for trying it, and a far from optimal spread of gear and classes. So although I've PUG'ed it a few times and the FC has had several "practice/training" sessions, for now regular FC T5 clears are still a pipe dream. (Doh!)
On the weeks where I don't get rotated in for a FC spot, I'll generally PUG whatever Turns that I'm looking for drops from. As a tank, I've found that T2 is the hardest one to get a PUG for these days due to the overabundance of 1x Tank 0-click teams... but it doesn't take much to level up and outfit a healing class in Darklight for that one turn.

They do have a static group, and I am part of it. Yet they treat me like this. Clearly you didn't read all my OP where I said we 1 shot T1-T4 every week. And I am an Ilvl 87 PLD.What the OP doesn't seem to realize is that the FC seems to have its own static group.

That means 2 different things. Maybe they just don't want to wait for you since another tank can do the job just fine and they happen to be on when your group decides to run it. Either way, find a new static group that will set up a specific time, get on at that time and run together. End of story. If you don't like it, leave it. You just happen to be at the bottom of the totem pole.
