Yes it should be high than 50%
Vote abandon to force everyone out is so dumb. Making the game so lifeless, cant even allow players to discuss new strats. If they want to leave, let them leave! Dont force out the ones that want to stay, its my choice to stay.
signed up just to voice this. thumbs down

I would of voted yes in the OPs case as well, report them all you want you can't force them to play with you.
I have never been in a group that wipes 3 times on atomos since week 1 and as is evident by the vote most players don't want to go back to that.
I think 50% is a good number. If half of your group doesn't want to continue, it's unlikely going to work out.
For those who wants 75% to abandon - you know, that translates to the minority have more say than the majority. It means if 70% of you have had enough and wants to abandon without penalty, you CAN'T because of the minority, who are probably the sucky players in the first place.

Today I waited in CT queue for an hour and twenty minutes. Got into a party in progress that had just wiped on Bone Dragon once, they Vote Abandoned, and I was back in DF again within a matter of 2 mins. Vote Abandon sucks.
If half of the raid voted to abandon raid, that would be 12 players you'll need to wait to be filled... you honestly think waiting for 12 "in progress" players is a good idea? not to mention that the poor guy who joined the "in progress" raid is now left with no option but to wait for the other 11 slots to be slowly filled
Sounds terrible...

lol accusing people of abusing vote abandon.
If a party wipes multiple times and someone chooses to vote abandon and others agree to it. It's not abuse. That's the intended design.

Here's a grand idea- you vote to get rid of the DF Penalty, and not leave the instance unless you want to.
