Really shouldn't be that hard to get these questions answered.

It does take time. The route seems to be either:
[EN post] -> [some bold person posts it in Japanese on JP forums] -> [devs respond] -> [Reinheart translates it to EN on his thread]
or
[EN post] -> [reps notice] -> [SE translates it] -> [devs respond] -> [SE translates response to EN] -> [Rep posts it in this thread]

Oh, just to clarify: I don't think the translation is the most time-consuming part, but it does add a little delay.

I myself wonder more about "when?" not "what?"

in other words if its going to take 3 more months of our subs before we get housing at a fair price then how long will it take to make the content available... I give it another 2 before even a single feature is released.

We need an official Dev response whether the future planned items like choco raising/workshop/airship will be available for all housing sizes. No one is asking players to answer that, but we do need the Devs to.

I hope this means you'll be adding a second floor to small houses so FC don't have to live in dorm rooms.

It would be cool if a full party was required of DOH to build an airship, hell make it an alliance

Mind if I expand on this idea and suggest an alliance consisting of various disciples of the hand to complete the airship? Perhaps not cooking, but I can certainly see where the others could be used. Goldsmith for the navigational instruments, Alchemists for getting the thing aloft by some use of combined science and magic, and the rest are pretty self-explanatory.

Will we be able to do as much of it at once as the larger houses? Will the small house be able to fit the shop and the dueling arena and the crafters' workshop? Or will we have to pick which extension we want the most?

Ummm, no. We don't need such ridiculous requirements that not every FC will be able to participate. This game needs less segregated content.

Could your please remove small FC houses from the game, they are really a joke. Fine for personal housing but for a FC.... lets see if you can fit every Employee from Square Enix into a shed. Thats how pathetic they are & the same reason why your employees wouldnt want to do that is the same reason why FC's & people in general dont want to buy them. e.t.c. Main reason anyone has is because of the idionic pricing.
Just remove them.

Small FC houses is basically an insult towards us. Even for a tiny FC it is cramped.
There really is no point redusing the price on these plots of lands when noone wants it.

Please remove them and let the medium houses be the smallest houses available as standard.
