Miqo'te vs Hyur: A Tough Decision

It always made sense to me that the tail doesn't move. A real cat wouldn't just let their tail flop around like that. They would either grip with it, or keep it in the air and move it from side to side as if they were trying to balance or something.

I don't understand why most of Miqo'te players and roleplayers are convinced that Miqo'te have monkey tails. They are a feline races, and felines have no control on their tail's movements. Gripping with the tail is what a monkey does, not a feline.

Maybe not grip, but saying they have no control of the tails movement is also incorrect. My nephew used to try and shake my cat's tail and my cat would stiffen it after a few seconds and paw his face before running off.
