I use this macro, however, it does not solve the problem when pet dies and you re-summon and the first thing she does is blow all her CD's

yeah you might miss one cooldown but to be honest. fairies are tough. If they die it was either a one shot (landslide in the face) or a lack of Sustain/wrong placement from her master

She doesn't die very often but i do see her die sometime in Ifrit Extreme to eruptions, plumes, incinerate.
