To the contrary, it's very busy. But the shouting is more concentrated in Ul'dah than Rev, and it's only to organise parties. And the party finder is getting used quite a bit by the Masamune crowd as well now, dropping the number of shouts even further.
(you also see JP-only written in the party finder a lot. >_> )

I got JP Only'd on Sarg in 1.0 due to the time of day I played at at the time. Lots of Germans and Japanese players XD

Not many JP still on Sarg now though, I can't say I know of any at all. Plently of people from every other country though.

I was (atm still am) hopping around on Sargatanas and also paid a visit to Hyperion. By choosing the datacenter group I saw that not only Ragnarok is theonly Legacy World in it's group, but Masamune is too!
To be honest I am not too happy with that D: Also the Chaos group is way smaller than the others... (bet that's because the Chaos group can be seen as the EU group)

I gots them /tells. (^_~ ) I was catching up on my Pugilist quests, so i was hopping in and out of Instanced battles. (^_^; )

Ahh! Well, I randomly got a /tell from a german player. She/he wanted to recruit me xD
I was offline for a while too, messing with the config-files. When I got back in, I had several black icons (gearsets) in my skillbars and already PLD skills up to lvl 16 in my bar xD Must be because my PLD on Coris is lvl 16.

I used to be on around 6AM CST, something like 2PM in Germany.

Nowdays I work in the mornings and am on during NA prime times. 7PM-12PM CST.
