It has been shown that your highest accuracy rating is 99.99% so yes it is not 100% and nor can you get to 100%. We also don't know if those hits were actual misses or the hit did not connect due to phase transition. 473 is the number I have yet to miss with on T, though my T5 per week lasts 12 min and perhaps the sample size is small.

My point stands, get as many i90 vit/str pieces as possible and ignore secondary stats unless ure severely accuracy crippled. <460

Whilst I agree that there's not going to be much regular observable difference in going too far over 470, if you have a link to this proof of never-being-able-to-hit-100%-Accuracy (particularly addressing tanks) I would very much like to see it. A missed hit in the Aggro-Generation combo should be extremely noticable.

(Also, there is no phase transition on Caedeus where he would go 'unhittable' before the split, so we can discount that possibility from the second link: "Happened almost right away in the fight when he was still merged.")
