Yep.
I wonder if there is going to be a battle for lots all the sudden![]()
Still a lot of money for a closet.
UNless it's dropped to 1 mil and you can buy at least 3

It's a complete waste of gil and resources. All housing should be free. There is no need to have players save gil to pay into the game gil sink.
What purpose does it serve to pay millions of gil to a NPC ? what does that money go do ? answer is : Nothing.
The beginning of the text really made me laugh hard. Quote: "Based on the current economy of Eorzea ..."
If this is true, it makes me wonder if certain people in a Tokyo skyscraper really know what they are doing.
There's a lot of people that are upset about how Smalls turned out with this kind of opinion. Smalls can use some improvement but they are very workable for FCs that likely will never have more than 20 people hanging out in it at the same time.
"Interesting" is still workable in smalls, and there's plenty of mediums and larges that aren't more "interesting" due to their uncreatively placed garuda benches, beds, hot tubs. The 200 item limit on larges are actually hindering on how creative and "interesting" you can get with them. Too much void space is just as 'boring' and staggering a bunch of beds in the middle of the room trying to fill the space just looks tacky.
Then again if each and every member of your FC needs their own 800 square feet to unleash their own creative designs on, not even a large would be big enough for 20 people.
Still way to expensive.
SE actually changed it (see here) so that the first drop of 25% will be spread over 5 weekly drops of 5% (of initial price).
Well, that plus legacy reductions makes it about 5.3M at the end of this week, even on Sargatanas. That's starting to be affordable for a small FC, and prices will reduce to half that in March for all the initial wards' small plots if they are not all bought up before then.
