1 Time Item Restore (once per year)

Quite simple really.. Because that item is an item they intend to sell.

At this point I have no faith it will be restored for a while at least, I am worried by the time it does they will already have them on sale in the mogstation.
I even talked to someone ingame and they said don't use the restore, Told me to cancel my sub then get the rewards starting back at the 1st one would give me another potion, I guess the thing that hurts is that I did not mean to use mine and I did. I do not want to delete my character and lose all my hard work I have put into him either but its very tempting because I made a new character on another server and in the mail I have a fantasia potion for new characters.

No, each character created gets all the bonus items you have tied to the account, such as Fantasia, CE items, pre-order, etc.

That is what someone told me in game, I wouldn't hold to it though because It may not do so. Then again I only log in now to see if the potion is restored, I will not play as a female character at all! So if I have to quit the game and cancel my sub and I have 6 days left I will not renew it.
