world transfer?

i was thrown on to durandal (jp legacy) sever and i want to transfer to a good us legacy sever. i just feel like im being bullied on the jp sever. im not the best mmo'er but ive improved over the last 6 months greatly. i just want to play in a friendly environment that's all and not have people call me names. i know this happens everywhere but i bet if i am able to communicate it wont happen as much.
