    CT Loot. Taking a stand.

    There needs to be something done about this. Unlock our accounts from CT drops. I am currently canceling my subscription until this is taken care of. It's unacceptable that as a paying customer that I be treated this way.

    I don't want a pretyped response. I want a full letter apology and action taken. I've seen the premade responses that tell me to look "here" or "here" with absolutely nothing at the destination of the link. I've been autoloot locked out twice. This is absolutely absurd.

    Since you probably didn't even bother looking, that will be fixed in 2.15 which is due out later this month.
    It's not THAT hard to ask the rest of the alliance for at least one person to stay in CT a few seconds longer to let you pass on loot, so there are acceptable workarounds until then.

    If you wanted to get a complaint looked into without an automated response, I suspect you'd have to send a Japanese-translated letter addressed to "Naoki Yoshida" to their HQ in Shinjuku, Tokyo

    Since you're assuming things maybe you should realize that 2.15 is not right now, and people are still having this issue with no actual resolution. They can fix the problem later, but you're forgetting about the trouble people are facing now that needs to be properly compensated for.

    Also, you're assuming that a lag spike wasn't so long that everyone had already left by the time you even had time to type for people to stay. Please don't make sweeping assumptions/accusations without thinking the whole situation out thoroughly. I'm being forced to wait a week, which is one week of subscription fees because of a bug, yes I said bug, in the loot system. It is not "working as intended" if the intent was for people to get the loot they wanted once a week. I doubt Yoshi or anyone else said that we want people to miss out on the loot in CT because of connection issues. It is not "working as intended". It is "working as programmed" but not as "intended."

    I also wonder, how hard is it to go in with an idea of what you hope will drop, and then click need, greed or pass as soon as that window pops up? Complaints about being the last one in are more valid, but after i have my drop of the week, i wait around a few minutes for others to leave, and if people are still in after that amount of time (way more than any lag spike will cause), then it's on them if they didn't pick one, and get the loot the loot they didn't want.

    It's not about changes. I understand they're working to fix the problem, but the fact that I currently have 2 pieces of loot that I did not want because of this problem needs to be fixed now, which they are more than capable of doing with their item restore capabilities. That's 2 weeks worth of subscription that is suppose to include a CT drop that I didn't get because of this flaw. If you go to get your car repaired but there is a system glitch and because you were 5 minutes late you're forced to buy a piece of your car that doesn't belong to your car something needs done there. There's no well in 2 weeks this problem will be solved so you never have to worry about it again! I'm worried about the fact that I have a piece that I paid for that I don't want.

    You guys are completely missing the point. You say "way more than any lag spike will cause", but you obviously haven't hit the lag spikes I've hit this time. You say that as if I'm making this up. I hit a lag spike that was long enough for me to miss the last half of the boss and when it came to no one was in the dungeon and I was hearing the music for the prize I just won.

    I'm really irked about the design of the system as well. But at least they acknowledged the flaw and are trying to resolve it. I just had an issue IRL while on last boss of CT and had to run to take care of it. Came back to pass on loot and my whole team was gone already, with a pair of Bard legs in my backpack =/ I'm super bummed cause I was looking forward to getting my BLM another piece this week but oh well.
