Do EX weapons need to get buffed?

I'm talking about the weapons you get from Aelina in Revenant's Toll - rewards from finishing all Extreme primal trials.

These weapons are pretty close to our Relic + 1 in terms of power, but we had to go through a handful of bosses and then Hard modes to get them.

It just seems to me that if we finish something on Extreme, the rewards should be much greater than the Hard mode reward. Then again, there's always the question of how strong is TOO strong for the current content.

I leave it to the opinions of you all. What should be done about these EX weapons?

You are comparing with the relics Zenith version, which also cost you 3 weeks of Myth farm... So nah, I think however that relics should have remained stronger, and they should have been a little bit more challenging to get. Maybe they could do something like extreme mode trials to be necessary to +1 your weapons. That would have been far more interesting .

Anyway, these are slot fillers imo, for alt jobs, they look nice but not very serious... (books and staves with faces? XD)

Some of them already are stronger in itemization than relics +1.

And as a last point, these are very easy to get, so no reason to make them better. You forget that when we got our relics we were wearing scrap gear, now everyone is atleast at ilvl 80+.
