    No, these weapons are easier (less time consuming) to get than relic once you know the fights.

    This, It's pretty easy to do the three primals on monday before/after coil, you get tomes, jewelry and a free ilvl90 weapon on top of that, if they buffed them T5 weapons would serve no purpose, just like it did before 2.1 for some classes where the relic was superior to it.
