It would be more like an intersection on the way to the store is clogged because everyone uses it, so you complain to the store manager to fix it.A problem exists with their product service, so it is their fault. Would you goto the grocery store, and buy spoiled fruits, and when you ask the manager about the spoiled fruits, he says "its not our problem, our vendor supplied them to us like that nothing we can do!"? They would probably (already have) losing customers.
This thread is like watching the two of you talk to a brick wall. Maybe if they repeat "netcode" enough it will become the actual root of the problem.
I'm just happy that someone understands it.
None of this is meant to imply that SE has written perfect server software, but the issue at hand has nothing to do with that.

Well I would. I would complain about why they decided to set up at a location where you can't get to.
It's as real estate agency's say, location, location and location. S-E didn't bother to check if the location they setup shop at could handle it. Most likely they only considered the cost.
