I'm not sure if thats a pro-become a GM reply or anti-apply reply? 0_o
Sounds like a reason to apply, perhaps they'd be more willing to listen to players about these things (DF Withdrawls, RMTs, cheats/exploits etc...) if they were more players working for them, thats if any of the Reps/GMs play either of the FF Online titles in their spare time.
Maybe some of their own staff havent experienced the problems as paying customers as often as we have, yeah their aware of the problems and how much we hate them - but thats from the "inside" with whatever powers they have and the Dev servers to roam around as opposed to the "outside" public worlds that we use.

But hey I don't know what they do as part of their jobs (and wont protend to) other then mod these boards and man the in-game help desk.

I didnt check the NA site or the JP site as their not my region but I'd guess SE America would be hiring as well given the player base. Also their hiring London as thats the EU base for their operations, you'll notice its for the English, French and German worlds/forums - not for UK games only
