"Advice needed" PLD vs WAR going forword of 2.1

Easy, ask 2 questions:

Does your group have a BRD? Can the BRD and PLD do the silence duty of ADS on their own? I change to PLD for ADS so we do the silence rotation for example
Does your group plan on doing TwinTania on the future? If your other tank is a PLD, you really want a WAR. Both because they complement so well, and because the LB penalty can screw up a run if Meteor isn't ready for snakes (Building LB at start everytime is booooooring). I for example leveled and geared my WAR exclusively to help my group with TT.

If you said yes to both questions, go WAR, if not, its safe to go PLD.

We actually have 2 Bards, blm and Monk/DRG. So silence should not be an issue.
Also can you explain what you mean with LB penalty ?

If I go warr should I focus on getting +1 first or use myth to upgrade something different ? I have ilvl80 hands already in use and got helm aswell so for pld I wanted to by vest first because he has already relics on +1

Somebody mentioned it already, but not as an answer to this question. If in a party there are two members of the same job, the limit break builds more slowly. If you have 2 Bards in your group this is already happening even if you don't have 2 PLD.
