So? Guild means something different in this game and people like them (and you) are just going to keep talking ignorant instead of taking a few seconds to learn what guilds are in FFXIV. No matter how many times people call a FC a guild, it won't change the FACT that a guild in this game is for jobs/classes only (and the adventure's guild) and a FC is NOT a guild. Don't like it? Too bad, that's how it is. This isn't WoW, say it with me, This Isn't Crappy Ass World of WarCraft. Now keep repeating it until you understand it.

Having an understanding about "what" someone is talking about when they make a mistake in terminology is far from ignorant. It actually demonstrates a far better understanding literacy and the terminology used in different cultures or sub-cultures. It also shows that the person has adjusted to a society at an above than average functioning level while displaying the ability to adapt to different social situations on a daily basis. Those that can't interpret meaning are being left behind or just social awkward.

There is a house built in lavender beds on that plot of land. It is a medium size house. It has a really nice landscape. The group of people that constructed it should be proud.

For "new worlds" like Tonberry, SE has said they'll consider making adjustments across all worlds in the second half of January. I doubt SE will reduce prices very much. They don't want a rush of purchases, especially if they still don't have enough capacity to support more than a few houses per world.

The "legacy worlds" should hit the half-price point on or before February 6. That's due to SE's incremental reductions after setting hugely excessive prices to prevent sales of housing even to those who have been saving their gil for years. End legacy world prices will ultimately be 20% (NA data center) and 10% (JP data center) of starting prices. (Example: 250M → 50M (NA), 500M → 50M (JP)).

A new Small and Medium are up in Lavender Beds, since my last update. =P

So far 4 in Lavender, 4 in Mist, and 1 in Goblet.

Large one was in limsa if i recall right.
