Should SE increase the number of cross-class slots for CLASSES?

Except you lose alot of main stat when you take off your soul shard.

I already covered that when I mentioned "You trade high sustain for high burst." When you're bursting, the wealth of additional cooldowns available to boost damage offsets the lower main stat. Also, how much main stat you lose depends a lot on what gear you're using. Myth gear is job only, but allagan can be used by the class.

The same is true for weapons, Relic(+1) is job only.

The wealth of additional cooldowns. Do you mean Raging Strikes because that's a pretty trivial trade off.
You lose Dragon Kick/1ilm punch/fists of fire/main stat/gear(maybe) all for raging strikes?
