Is there any news for when new players can do the CT fate fights?

Since the rush is over, tryed dueling a few the CT fates that does not work. So are they going to just keep it that way? So new players hope it take the time out of players busy schedules to help them? To unlocked crystal tower. OR should they just skip it and go for coil?

I really dont understand why people cry so much about this. I started the CT quest yesterday and took me 1 hour to get all the FATES. Just one hour with 3 people (PLD, BLM and WHM). Only problem we had is that one FATE wasnt up... guess what, waited 10 minutes and it reappeared

You happened to be able to get people. There are other (especially new players) who may not have an FC, who may not have many friends yet, who are stuck shouting for help.

It's hard enough to get people to help out. It's even harder when they have to stick around waiting for something to spawn. Would YOU, seeing someone asking for help, drop whatever you're doing and join, then spend 1 hour or so travelling all over and waiting for the FATEs to spawn?

Once you have a group who's willing to stick around, yes, it's easy to get them all done now. The hard part is getting that group.

Remember we're talking about new players.

Crystal Tower was designed for the Duty Finder, i.e. very accessible. Yet they put the attunement in such an awkward setting. It seems to me the devs don't really have an idea whether they want content to be accessible. It looks more like they each go their own ways without communicating their design intent to the rest of the dev team, resulting in lots of conflicting designs.

Use the party finder to get a party together so you can go do the FATEs.

So, you are mad because you want to solo a group content FATE? Or just mad because you refuse to make friends or join a free company in an MMO?

There was one fate i basically soloed (with titan and chocko), and the rest had only one other or a couple more. None were in my party, just wandered by, and didn't have any issue at all. You can't afk like fate grinding parties when few people, but saying they can't be done is silly. Just use all the tools you have.

It not about group fates , just now try to set up a party finder up or shout it or ask people in your free company.You will be Looking at hrs till you can do it when the rest of people did it in minutes. People got other things to do with there time and the reward is junk and a time waster, unless it a friend still is worthless.

It would have made more knowledge , if they would look at there data and seen were people were exp at and had it there. Or have a reason for people to help players out on it.

At this point it all set in stone , unless they do something crazy to make players level there.

They're all duo-able, even the sahagin one (as long as one of the two of you can silence the stoneskin). They pop at anywhere between 5min-20.

While I'm not overly keen about tying FATEs to quests, I do think the encounters themselves are balanced appropriately and they actually encourage a bit of helping one another.

Thing is not that simple thing is , if person all i80 then yea ok, but wait till do few them at i80,i90 and i55 , to help them can be brutal when took everyone else minutes to clear.

One Thing it took all vets only minutes to clear and new players hrs to clear.
